Terms of Service

General Terms of Service
By Commissioning any of my services you agree to the following terms. I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.
Terms are subject to change.

  • Please contact me via Email, Twitter DMs, or Discord DMs. conversation in one location

  • This is not my primary source of income, and may unfortunately be delayed due to irl circumstances. Please do not commission my services if a project is time crucial.

  • Payments will be made through Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo.

  • Commission will start when 50% upfront has been made. Product will not be delivered until it is 100% paid for.

  • Please be specific with your requirement. Minor revisions may be made. Major revisions may incur a minor fee.

  • Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

  • Refunds: I am poor and live paycheck to paycheck. It will be likely that I have already bought food or did something nice for my wife. It is unlikely that I will have your money to refund you. You may ask, but know that it is unlikely that I am able to refund you.

  • Must be at least 18 or older.

  • Do not take credit for my work. You don't have to link to me for illustrations, but its greatly appreciated.

Live2D Terms of Service

  • Please do credit me when using Live2D models.

  • Your model might be used as samples and posted on my social media in form of screenshots, JPEG/GIF images or showcase videos. Please let me know if you want to keep it a secret until your debut.

  • Additional cost will vary according to what the client requests

  • .cmo3 and .psd files will be included.

  • Delivery estimates are minimum 2 months
